Two owners of HP All-in-One Printers filed a class action lawsuit against the tech company for misrepresenting the functionality of the printers, which allegedly cannot scan or fax when ink is low or empty.
This design flaw pushes owners of All-in-One Printers to purchase ink cartridges more than is strictly necessary, say Gary Freund and Wayne McMath, who filed the class action lawsuit against HP, Inc., also known as HP Computing and Printing Inc. Freund owns an HP Envy 6455e All-in-One Wireless Color Printer, and McMath purchased an HP Deskjet 2655 All-in-One Compact Printer, both of which allegedly experience the so-called design flaw.
By making printer owners repeatedly buy printer ink, which “can exceed $80 an ounce,” HP stands to make billions of dollars in ink sales alone, according to the HP class action.
“The not-so-hidden secret in the retail printer industry is that manufacturers like HP are very willing to lose money on the sale of printers in order to force consumers to purchase incredibly overpriced ink cartridges in perpetuity,” the complaint says.
To that end, the lawsuit says HP claims in its marketing, advertising, packaging and website representations, that its All-in-One Printers can print, copy, scan and, in some cases, fax documents at any time. However, it supposedly fails to disclose that the scanning and faxing functions of the printer, which do not require ink, do not work if the ink cartridges are low or empty.
Freund and McMath seek monetary damages and injunctive relief requiring HP to cease its allegedly misleading advertising and inform consumers of its alleged errors.
Freund and McMath seek to represent a nationwide class that includes everyone who bought an HP All-in-One Printer for personal/household use at any time within the applicable statute of limitations, as well as California and Minnesota subclasses.

I own 2 printers – both with the same issues of firmware blocking my cartridges – non-OEM & older HP brands. The printer error message even states that the firmware was uploaded and is blocking. I have an HP Officejet Pro ALL In One 8715. HP does not provide any assistance for this issue.
Yes, I own an HP All-In-One Series Printer. This is the 3rd printer I have purchased by HP and there is always some kind of issue going on with them. You would think that I would have learned my lesson by now so I would stop buying their printers but they are always priced so that I can afford one. And each time I make that purchase, I tell myself that this one will perform better than the last one I bought. It has to because HP has been around for years and is well known for its products! I’ve come to realize that HP’s Ink Cartridges are a must have in every issue that I’ve had to deal with. Their printers don’t accept any other ink cartridges, just their own. And they are highly-priced, especially when the ink doesn’t seem to last very long. If they say your colored ink is low, beware, because your black ink will soon be low also. And that’s even after installing a brand new FULL cartridge. It doesn’t matter what we, the consumers know of the ink cartridges that we’ve just purchased and installed. It goes according to what the printer says. And when the ink is low, you aren’t able to print, scan, fax, or anything but it sure will print you out a test sheet. Sometimes I think I had more test sheets printed than any other sheets I needed in print. That’s how they use up all of your ink! It’s entrapment! I have found that SOMETIMES and I do mean SOMETIMES if I run their Scan Doctor prior to my printing needs, it will SOMETIMES print the pages I need. But it doesn’t always work. But that alone tells me that I do have ink available when the printer is telling me that I don’t. It’s one of their ways of getting their customers to purchase more and more of their overpriced ink cartridges. This may not have much to do about the case up above but I needed to share my thoughts about HP Printers somewhere. Because when the ink is low, you are very limited to what your printer will do for you unless you install brand new ink cartridges.
Yes add me I have two printer ran out of ink and never received any thing
Please add me. I have bought a few HP printers and more than one style does this
Yes I have HP now and it will not let you print or do anything if the ink is low and know your not completely out of ink it will shut down add me
Yes I have bought a Hp not only have I spent a lot of money on ink HP controls my printer still after I and describe from paying five dollars a month to get ink when I run out. They would change my date and time I n my printer giving access it say yo everyone. .I got out of there program but they still make printing default for me. . There color ink does not last long at all.
Yes it does. Please add me. I’ve run out of ink several times.
Even when the ink cartridges are almost full, I would print and will always get an annoying message that my ink is low. This message must be cleared before proceeding. Requiring internet service for the printer to function is blackmail. Force HP to give everyone who owns one of these printers “Free high speed Internet for 3 years”. That should fix the crooks. If my HP 8600 printer doesn’t stop telling I need ink I’m going saw it in half.
Yes, I have purchased an HP All-in-One Printer. Please add me to the claim.
HP did this to me twice. 2 all in one printers.
I have 2 different models HP OfficeJet Pro 8020 which is set up on auto replenishment for ink but neither model will scan, fax without ink after the notification to replace is received. And it does not have to be both color or black either will trigger an error code.
Yes – add me to the claim! They are not willing to even discuss this issue and have a terrible customer service department. They do not value the customer and are only looking at the bottom line – how much money they can take! HP ENVY Pro 6455 and HP Deskjet 4158e
YES! Finally. Please add me to this claim. I have an HP L7590 All in One printer. Like most, it was working until it just stopped. I have HP ink cartridges, but didn’t know why all of a sudden it stopped working. Low ink… wow! I tried all the ink maintenance tools, more than once. Still doesn’t acknowledge the ink.
Hello, This is an entirely new low for HP. I changed credit cards and missed switching my automatic bill pay with Instant Ink, so of course payment did not go through. When the deadline passed HP – with no notice – DISABLED my printer. Yes, you read that right. It electronically trespassed into my home and illegally “seized” property I OWN by rendering my printer unusable, even though it is still well equipped with ink I purchased. I spent an hour trying, with great frustration, to troubleshoot an otherwise seemingly fine, online and connected printer. I only figured it out by calling and sitting on hold for 45 minutes and being transferred three times. Needless to say, this derailed my work day. I would like to join this class action and add these violations to the cause of actions. Thanks.
I have a HP 8600 Pro AIO Officejet Printer that comes up with different ink cartridges being low unable to print. Or if you use a Non-HP branded Ink Cartridge the printer is still low ow on ink for that color or says unable to print low on ink>
My all in one really drains the ink and when one is low it does not let me use the others. No color no black. I have bought so many inks and it’s a waste bc I only can use one or the other
Bought 3 HP 6700. Only uses HP ink. One of the printers had non hp ink and the printer never worked. It messed up the printer. And if you turn the printer on and off, the printer heads adjust using alot of ink each time. Put if you take the cartridges out for any reason and put back in, you lose alot of ink. I learned this by going through new cartridges with only be able to print a few pages.
Anyone have bad hp packaged ink cartridges recently (July-August 2022) bought from Staples or Walmart? New cartridges from hp company out of box. Printer states: error, not original hp cartridge and the best one…..empty with the warranty on the cartridge that ended in 2018.
HP Envy 6055. Constant connectivity issues. Poor print quality even with brand new cartridges. Cartridges dry out in a matter of days. If you don’t print something for a couple of days, the cartridges dry out and you end up throwing them away because there is no way to recover the dried-out cartridge. This thing wouldn’t even make a good boat anchor.
I have a HP 6978 printer. Nothing but issues.
I bought an HP all-in-one 2700 deskjet printer that print absolutely nothing except the information page because I terminated my instant ink program. And this is so even thought there are now two completely full HP ink cartridges in the printer. There should be a warning on every HP printer stating that the printer is not usable without purchasing the over-priced HP instant ink. what a scam!
Not only did I buy an all in one printer that does not fax when ink is low or out, but it requires me to buy only HP ink, and it does not tell you it must be HP Ink. It uses on line auto ink to check to see if the ink is authentic or not and turns off its use even if it’s full of ink, if it is not from HP itself. As soon as I hooked up my old Hp Laser Jet it attempted to do the same thing, until I turned of the wireless connection. I have photos of what it says on my printer. I will never buy an HP again because of this.
I have an old HP 2410 brick…I mean all in one printer.
If you don’t put good cartridges in it you lose the ability to fax, or scan. or even access the setup the menu. Their expensive ink cartridges dry up real fast turning your printer into a useless paperweight.
I would love to see HP get sued for this. Even if I were only awarded 1 penny.
I’ve had these problems with the printers and I have a ink jet and laser printer by printer.
I have been using HP “remanufactured” ink cartridges for the last two+ years. As of 08/06/2022, the printer is now blocking those cartridges and not allowing me to use my printer. The message says “… This printer is intended to work only with new or reused cartridges that have a new or reused HP chip…” I am using HP Branded remanufactured cartridges, why are these suddenly not compatible? Please let me know how I can assist your efforts to go after HP for their obviously fraudulent activity.
Finally!!!! Someone is addressing these HP printer issues. THANK YOU. I have an HP Photosmart 6520 printer, scanner, copy, web fax. After replacing the black ink cartridge- very soon afterwards-the documents come out spotty and the message reads, out of ink, or low on ink…. very frustrating & very expensive. Buying much more ink than I should, Color ink runs out Extremely fast. total rip off. Same issue with error messages in regards to issues with scan & fax when display claims to be “low” or out of ink. Please add my name to your list. Thank you. Last name -Gibbs
How do I get added to this class action law suit? I have problems trying to cancel the “auto” ink mailing. They keep charging every month
I bought mine in January it stopped connecting to my router 2 months ago, and now it doesn’t print at all. Support says it’s the instant ink program. They are sending me regular cartridges, supposedly they will work…
I bought the printer about a year ago since then HP has been taking money out of several different account for their so-called free ink program. I have contacted them numerous times to cancel out of the program but they keep taking money from me and not sending ink and when I do get the ink my printer quits working and it takes days to get HP to fix the problem. I have several letters from them stating that I have been cancelled out of the program but they’re still stealing my money. The ink they had sent half the time doesn’t work, so I’ve started buying store HP ink which HP holds my printer hostage by not allowing me to print with store bought HP cartridges. I want my money back and to be reimbursed for having to purchase a new printer. As of today I have had to close several accounts in order to keep HP from taking my money. I don’t know how they’re getting my account information to charge me for ink I’m not getting but somehow, they have managed to access my accounts. Please help!!
Add me to the the lawsuit. I have a HP OfficeJet 6954. I installed 3rd party ink and it will not let me print without HP ink cartridges. never going to buy or recommend an HP printer again and I am in IT Leadership.
For now, Try going to printer properties > advanced options > document options >print in grayscale and set it to “black ink only” instead of “high quality grayscale.” “High quality grayscale” uses color ink as well as black. Makes it run out faster.
I have had constant issues with brand new ink, printing blank pages from HP ENVY Photo 7855 – please add me if I qualify. Printer worked for a week and is useless otherwise.
When I called CSR at HP to find a way to print with Black Ink Only because my color cartridges were empty, he informed me that this was not possible & that I had to Purchase the ink cartridges although I DO NOT need to print any color documents…
Try going to printer properties > advanced options > document options >print in grayscale and set it to “black ink only” instead of “high quality grayscale.” “High quality grayscale” uses color ink as well as black. Makes it run out faster.
Please add me also New cartridge only prints a few pages
Add me. The ink is outrageouslly priced. The printer will not function at all without sufficient ink.
Please add me! I wish I would have know about this when I bought the printer. Now im stuck with it.
Our printer and the gallons of ink i was forced to buy was abusive. Another scam, the worst, is the instant ink program where HP shuts down the functions of the printer after complaining about having ink in the cartridge. HP basically hijacked my printer and made it useless.
hp said free ink for a year in box. that is a lie.
HP Office JetPro 8600 and HP 9010
How do I get added to this? I had the HP ohotosmart printer, have to look up the exact model but yes had same issues and would constantly need to buy $60 cartridges that barely gave me much out of it before having to be replaced.
Please add me to this class action I have all of the for the listed issues.
Please add me; my HP officejet printer emptied both color & b+w ink cartridges after printing less than 10 pages. And the printer completely stopped working just over a year after I purchased it.
Count me in , I purchased a Photosmart 7520 e-all in one
Yes, have had same problem and also when one cartridge (say black) runs out, the other cartridge won’t print.
I have an hp envy as well- my second- please add me
Presently, I own the HP Envy 5660 e All-in-One printer, and prior to this I owned the HP Photosmart 5525 e All-in-one printer. I also owned another another HP All-In-One Printer, but I can’t remember the model number.
I HAVE THE ENVY 5660 HAVE SAME PROBLEMS
HP all in one printer
I also have an HP All in One printer and you are correct, when the Black runs out it stops all printing. HPs’ ink prices would be approx. $8000 per ounce considering a cartridge only hold a few grams of ink.
Add me please had this happen several times
We have an HP Envy, not only do we have this problem, also, when the ink cartridges are replaced it still will not print. Please include us. We are going to invest in yet another printer because of this issue.
Thank You! Finally there is a case against this issue. I too have the same exact issue and it constantly needs more ink now that I work from home. However I don’t always have the option of getting these cartridges in stores nearby. Such a pain when I need to fax or scan into my desktop.
I have a DeskJet 2600 All-in-One Printer series.
Please include me on this settlement. Thank you!
I hope my situation incorporates me in this suit. Some years ago I bought an HP Deskjet 3637 all in one printer. I was told I didn’t need a color cartridge for the printer to print hi light sentences, the black cartridge would suffice, but it did not. The highlighted sentences did not print at all.
Yes I have purchased a HP all in one printer and this is so true
Hello. My HP Deskjet 340+ All-in-One printer costs a lot for ink. And it starts giving me “low ink” warnings as soon as I replace the cartridges. Add me to the lawsuit for HP Printers.
I am extremely pissed off with HP Printers!! I have one model of HP. Mine prints in black and w/ 3 color cartridges. The HP TRICK IS OR OCCURS WHEN, AS I CONSUME BLACK TONER, WITHOUT EVER TRYING TO PRINT IN COLOR, ….GUESS WHAT!!!!…….AS I AM PRINTING SOLELY AND EXCLUSIVELY IN BLACK TONER, ….EUREKA!!!!!!!…..IT ALSO, I REPEAT, ALSO, …..MY HP PRINTER, RELENTLESSLY, UNVAVOIDIDLY, …..WITHOUT ANYTHING I COULD DO………WILL ALSO BE LITLE BY LITTLE…CONSUMING TONER FROM THE OTHER COLOR TONER CARTRIDGES AS WELL. MY HP PRINTER, AS IT GOES ALONG CONSUMING BLACK TONER,…IT ALSO, IN A PARALLEL WASTEFUL MANNER….GOES ON CONSUMING TONER FROM THE COLOR CARTRIDGES AS WELL,!!!! WHAT IS AN UNFAIR AND UNSCRUPULOUS BUSINESS PRACTICE FROM THE HP MANUFACTURERS IS THAT EVEN THOUGH ONE MIGHT BE SOLELY AND ONLY PRINTING EXCLUSIVELY IN BLACK TONER, …THE COLOR CARTRIDGES ARE ALSO GETTING CONSUMED WITHOUT ONE EVER BEING TOTALLY UNABLE TO PREVENT SUCH SPURIOUS, UNNECESSARY COLOR TONER CONSUMPTION. Then, the final injury or wound!!!: As the toner cartridge in Black gets consumed, thus finding yourself in need to purchase another extremely expensive TONER in Black, ……YOU ALSO WILL FIND YOURSELF PURCHASING ADDITIONAL TONER CARTRIDGES IN COLOR, SINCE YOUR HP PRINTER WOULD NEVER, EVER PRINT, UNLESS YOU WOULD HAVE PURCHASED ADDITIONAL COLOR TONER CARTRIDGES, WITHOUT WHICH YOU WOULD NEVER BE ABLE TO PRINT IN BLACK OR IN ANY OTHER MANNER!!! WHAT A SCAM BY HP!!! THIS DESERVES A CLASS ACTION LEGAL SUIT AGAINST HP!!!!
I have purchased HP Envy 5160
I have the envy and the deskjet and haven’t been able to use my envy since buying my deskjet because I won’t have have two subscriptions to the instant ink
I had this issue. I purchased a new printer a few months ago because of this. Add me please
I hate HP. have purchased 4 printers in 6 months for this problem. Add me!
Just as someone stated earlier, “HP products use be excellent, but when they decided to literally make buyers purchase ink through their company; It caused problems with the printer. I had/have been dealing with the same issues as the persons filing the lawsuit.
Add me please I purchased a 3520 all-in-one deskjet
I had to purchase a new one because the ink added would not work. It was the genuine cartr.add me please.
Add me please, I have a 3520 all in one desk jet and it does the same thing as the others, it wont run if you put any other cartridge in other than hp, it will say that its not a genuine cartridge then doesn’t let you run anything.
They don’t print well ink runs out quick
Yes I recently had to purchase a new printer because HP would not let me print
Add me. I own a HP 4155 desk jet all in one printer. Still under warranty. They encouraged me to sign up for ink refills in perpetuity..
I think mines is in the 52 or 5700 series. It does the same. Also, it seems that since they’ve updated it, it acts like the ORIGINAL HP INK IS A FAKE! How does a printer turn on one day and decide, “I don’t like this ink, it’s not what I want today!” Another complaint is I only get about 20-25 printed sheets so they lie about the amount of ink that’s in them!!!!
Yes I forgot about the cartridge is with the HP Printer All I one if you don’t purchase the HP Printer…if you buy the one that said so to be compatible it doesn’t work only HP cartridge works
Have the same issue with my HP printer , not doing what it stated it would do all in one printer
Having same issue with counterfeit ink messages very frustrating. Pls add me
I have one of these printers I used for years, and yes they cost a lot of money to keep in ink. I had to buy another printer because I could not afford to keep using it. I still have the printer, just don’t use it.
Yes it cost me more then80.00 more like 200.00 when ink is Low it won’t let me print until I buy !hpoffice jet pro 8715 Please add me
I purchased an HP Deskjet 2752e all in one color inkjet printer on Dec 30, 2021. Does the same thing & I purchased an Insta Ink subscription and when I insert my cartridges it comes up counterfeit cartridges & says only to use HP cartridges and I purchased these from HP. I have proof of my purchase as well.
Please add me. I am still holding onto the all in one I have just for the fax.
Used all in ones since early around 2007! Same thing happens to the one I use now.
Yes, I have purchased nothing but HP ALL IN ONE Printers, since about 2008. Currently still own one. I know that I should be eligible for this lawsuit.
Yes I purchased a HP series 4100 All in One printer in January, 2022
Add me please! We’ve had three different HP All-In-One printers and have ink cartridge issues as well.
I forgot to mention that over the last three years, when we have purchased what are advertised and sold as “Brand New HP Printer Cartridges”, which just so happen to be in a locked display case in the Electronics Dept. at Wal-Mart which means a Customer Service Associate must UNLOCK the case to get you the Cartridge you need, from Wal-Mart and then installed them in our HP All-In-One Printer, we would get an error message stating “Counterfeit Ink Cartridge, Order HP Ink Cartridges from HP” and of course, our printer WOULD NOT PRINT ANYTHING. We had that happen several times and the last time was last year. We got the Counterfeit Ink Cartridge message again and our printer HAS NOT WORKED AT ALL SINCE THEN even AFTER another BRAND NEW INK CARTRIDGE PURCHASED ELSEWHERE WAS INSTALLED TO REPLACE IT. It seems strange that Brand New HP Ink Cartridges for an All-In-One printer kept under lock and key at Wal-Mart would produce the Counterfeit Ink Cartridge Error Message since they supposedly come directly from Hewlett Packard. Thanks!
I have had multiple different all in one printers by HP. Please add me
We have 4 HP printers for our home & offices. Please add me
Please add me to claim
None of them work hood ink is to Exspensive have bought several of them ad me in on the lawsuit
I had 3 of HP printer all in one and they do not last long beside the ink is costing us to much . Junk of a printer . Never work very good as we are having to replace them over and over
Add me in please. I’m so glad we are getting reimbursed for this. So frustrating thinking I had enough ink in my 4 printers .
Add me please I have HP envy 4501 and have issues with ink cartridges and the printer communicating with them etc etc, the printer gets stuck on the ink refill pg etc and HP support wants 59$ to assist in updating the driver’s . Ppffff
Add me. I’ve bought many cartridges bc they quit working
Yes, Please Add Me. I’ve had to buy so many Ink Cartridges for my HP printer. Sometimes only after 2-3 small print jobs. The cost definitely adds up
Same issues! Please add me!!!
Ad me, please We only use our HP printer to scan. The ink is overpriced and we may get 5 color documents to print out before having to change the cartridges. We had to purchase a separate printer for printing.
Ad me. I purchased this printer. The new ink did not last. I no longer use the printer because of the price of ink. I bought a cheaper printer
Add me. It’s not always convenient to stop and go to the store and buy ink. In the meantime you in up going somewhere else to get the job done.
We had this same problem with our HP printer. Add me please
Printer never worked properly when low ink. Used a massive amount of black ink and was always replacing it to print something important, when a good copy was required. Had printer for 6 months and replaced it 😕
PLEASE INCLUDE ME, APPARENTLY, all HP all-in-one printers behave the same I have the automatic ink plan and feel that this is done purposely to charge their customers,
I was aggravated about my H-P all in one printer. You are correct, you have to make sure the ink tanks are full/
I have and HP All in One Model Officejet Pro 8600 it used to give me the same fits when trying to scan or fax with low ink. I stopped purchasing HP brand ink years ago and purchase other brands that work with my unit, even though HP says not to it actually works I buy my ink in bulk for way less cost via amazon sellers and the ink actually last longer then HP branded ink. and I want in on the lawsuit.
I have an HP3830. Please let me know where to file a claim.
Ad me to the list
I have nothing but problems with my hp printer and they won’t stop charging me for the ink replacement plan and i haven’t gotten ink in years I keep emailing them and calling.
I’m sorry all in one ho printer are bad. The ink sensor never works..
I currently have one and have owned one in the past.
I have one and had lots of issues with it. Please add me.
Please add me I purchased an hoses jet that was horrible I threw it out
Yes I have please add me!
I had one. Threw it in the garbage! Was junk as far as I’m concerned. Used a few tunes. Cheaper to buy a printer than to repaeatatly buy ink
I have the HP 6455 All-In-One but I don’t really use the fax function. I scan infrequently but haven’t noticed any issues. I am also using the HP Instant Ink and Paper plan which I think is fantastic. The printer isn’t perfect, as it occasionally jams when printing double sided, and I have to reinstall the program once in a blue moon, but it is a decent printer for simple household use.
Add please i have one that does the same
I will never own another HP product. I went around and around with customer service and tec. Support. The only thing I could be sure was gonna print was the problem page over and over. HP is a big company and a huge joke. They totally misrepresent. Ihad 3 because they did replace 1 of them.
I have an hp all in one!
Have one. Happened to me Please add me
I have bought 2 different hp printers and they are both crap. Please contact me
Ours do this! Please add me
I purchased 2 HP all in one from HSN. It worked until the ink had problems, the print heads were replaced, but it did not work because of the expensive ink cartridges. You could have all color inks but if the black was low or out the printer didn’t work, then when you replaced the ink the printer still didn’t work.
Ours does this! Add me
I have an all in one and even when the ink is fill I’m have trouble. Please add me.
I actually have two and when one color is almost out it won’t let me scan, copy or print.
I bought one 2 years ago. Please add me!
Had all in one printer constantly was buying ink printer would jam .got fed up had too buy a new printer.
I bought one and they are junk
I own a HP and me in.
Yes, I have an HP all-in-one that will not let me clean the heads. It is clogged up and won’t print at all. You Tube showed a way to take out the printer heads to clean them but my printer has them permanently embedded so I can’t clean them out. I’ve always used HP for over 40 years but now I’m going to need to seek a better option option. I have in my possession 2 all-in-ones that are just sitting here taking up space. I hate to throw them out because they are scanners and copiers but now they are useless. I just had to buy another HP printer which may be my last one.
Had same issues. They had to know. Add me.
The printer does not work when the ink is low is the truth. It has to continue to work until the ink runs out.
My 4100 e has never worked and my warranty is almost up so of course hp support still has been no help
I’m on my second printer and same problems
I have two printers HP Office jet 4650 and HP 2700 3 in one home printers
What about you can’t print if the ink is low and your not getting your ink from them and on the monthly payment plan and you change your bank your payment doesn’t go through so they don’t let you print anymore unless subscribing to them
Please Add me – I’ve had so many issues with my HP All in one printer, no matter how many times I change the ink, my pages come out blurry and ink stains every other page
Add me. I am currently going through the headaches of this hp printer.
Add me to this Class Action suit! This is our second HP printer dealing with the ink fading but showing its still half full & not print at all. Or the ink cartridges leaking inside the printer.
Add me, I always had hp all in one printers for more than a decade always had 2 or 3 at one time .
HP products use be excellent but when they decided to literally make buyers purchase ink through their company. It caused problems with the printer. I had all the issues that the person filing the lawsuit please add me
Add me… They don’t garentee anything as they advertise either.
I have had the same issues as above. Also my printer head stopped working and HP still charged me for months and never sent any new ink during any of the time I was being charged. Please add me.
Add me please…. traded in 1 HP “All In One” printer for another (currently own HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus)
I have several HP printers with the multifunction print scan fax and I have noticed that the ink goes out very fast. Please add me to this list.
Glad I’m not the only one!
I have a couple of these printers. One of which won’t even recognize it has a full ink cartridge in it. Please add me to this action.
Please Add Me I have 2 printers it never tells me the my ink low
Ink is too high ! Don’t know why I purchased 2 HP printers
I own one as well , what a scam. How do we recoup money spent on this garbage?
These cartridges are so expensive! I have the all in one C4740 and it will not let me scan or copy if even just one of the cartridges are low (tried color or black)! Add me to the suit please!!!!
I broke down and bought a separate office scanner because it wouldnt allow me to do anything when its out of ink.
I got 2 HP none works when ink goes low and now one is telling me something is wrong with the head. Please add me
Please add me!! It makes me so mad!
I definitely have the problem as well
I have 2 of them never worked right
IT IS A SHAME IT HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS FOR ME WHEN I EVEN DID ORDER THE INK JUST TO USE MY PRINTER WHEN THE OGs WERE OUT THEN THE ONEs THEY SEND HAVE BEEN NOTHING BUT SETBACKS AND WASTE OF TIME WHEN I AM IN A HURRY TRYING TO PRINT AN ESTAMATE OR AN INVIOICE FOR A CUSTOMER WITH THE CRAP HP HIJACKING MY USE OF MY PRINTER SCANER IT JUST IS NOT RIGHT.
